Participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect spiritual practices, and follow the group schedule.
Organizers are not responsible for delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the itinerary.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions prior to registration.
Meals provided will be Satvik; special dietary requests may not always be accommodated.
Accommodation will be on a twin-sharing or group-sharing basis unless specified otherwise.
The organizers reserve the right to accept, reject, or discontinue any participant’s journey if found unsuitable for the program.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants. The organizers are not liable for loss or theft.
Any additional services outside the agreed package will be chargeable.
By registering, participants agree to follow the guidance of the coordinators and accept the spiritual essence of the Yatra.

The Yatra will take place from 3rd- 7th November 2025 (5 days).

The ultimate highlight is experiencing Dev Deepavali on Kartik Purnima night, with thousands of diyas glowing on the Ganga while you witness it from a sacred boat.
Q3. Who can join this Yatra?
Anyone above 8 years of age with reasonable physical fitness and devotion can join.
Q4. What kind of accommodation will be provided?
We offer Traditional Homestay on the banks of the Ganga, keeping you close to the spiritual essence of Kashi.
Q5. Is food included?
Yes, we provide Pure Satvik Meals and Local Cuisine (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Snacks or personal food outside the program are not included.
Q6. How do we travel within Varanasi?
Local travel and boat rides as per the itinerary are included.
Q7. Is yoga/meditation compulsory?
It’s optional but highly recommended. Guided sessions with a certified Hatha Yoga teacher will help deepen your experience.
Q8. How should I prepare for this Yatra?
Stay light, keep an open heart, and bring comfortable clothing suitable for temple visits and meditation.
Q9. What are the things we need to carry?
Please carry your personal Yoga Mat, Toiletries, Mosquito Repellent, Warm Clothing, Masks, Torch & Water Bottle.
❌ Cancellation Policy
30+ days before Yatra start date → 75% refund of total fee.
15–29 days before Yatra start date → 50% refund of total fee.
7–14 days before Yatra start date → 25% refund of total fee.
Less than 7 days before Yatra start date → No refund.
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unavoidable cancellations by the organizers, participants will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of completion of the program.
