Refund Policy
At Samasthiti, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality services related to yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel or request a return for one of our services. Below are the return and cancellation policies for each of our services.
1. Yoga & Meditation Workshops (Offline Classes)
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the workshop will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the workshop start date.
Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your participation to a future workshop, you may do so free of charge if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Requests to reschedule within 3-6 days of the event will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
2. Online Meditation & Yoga Sessions
Refund Policy:

Online sessions are non-refundable once they have commenced or been accessed.

If you cancel an online session 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling:

You can reschedule an online session at no extra charge if done at least 12 hours in advance. For requests within less than 12 hours, rescheduling is subject to a 10% service fee.
3. Psychiatric Counseling & Consultation
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the consultation are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a session without any additional charges if done 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
4. Retreats & Spiritual Journeys (e.g., Kedarnath Bliss, Kailash Mysteries)
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date.
Special Circumstances:

In cases of medical emergencies or force majeure events, we may provide a full or partial refund, subject to submission of valid documentation.
Transfer of Reservation:

You may transfer your spot to another participant at no additional cost, but you must notify us at least 10 days in advance.
5. One-on-One Sessions with Meditation Gurus
Refund Policy:

One-on-one sessions are non-refundable after the session has taken place.

For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session will incur a 15% service charge.
6. Membership & Subscriptions
Refund Policy:

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

For yearly subscriptions, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of purchase. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be provided for yearly plans.
Cancellation of Auto-Renewals:

You can turn off auto-renewal for your subscription at any time through your account settings in the AumHum app.
7. Workshops for Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Corporates)
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests can be made 14 days prior to the event without any fee. Rescheduling requests made within 7-13 days will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
